ABOUT PERICOACH

At PeriCoach, we are fully dedicated to advancing women’s health through non-surgical solutions that restore confidence, comfort, and control.

Created by women, for women, PeriCoach was developed by Chelsea Cornelius and the team at Stratos MedTech to address a critical and often overlooked need: that more than 1 in 3 women experience bladder leaks and pelvic floor weakness.

Our FDA-cleared pelvic floor training system delivers clinically proven results from the comfort of home. With real-time biofeedback, guided pelvic floor muscle exercises, and secure progress tracking, PeriCoach empowers women to strengthen their pelvic floor muscles and improve bladder control on their own terms.

Our mission is simple: to empower women to take control of their pelvic health with confidence, comfort, and clinically backed results. No more frustration. No more guesswork. Just a smarter way forward for women.

MEET CHELSEA

Chelsea Cornelius is the developer of PeriCoach and a driving force behind innovation in women’s health. With over 16 years of experience in the design, development, and commercialization of medical devices, Chelsea has built her career around transforming smart ideas into impactful health solutions.

After completing her Master’s in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Melbourne, she brought her technical expertise and entrepreneurial mindset to the challenge of pelvic floor health. This resulted in the design of PeriCoach as a non-surgical, at-home solution to help women experiencing urinary incontinence.

Today, as CEO of Stratos MedTech, Chelsea continues to champion PeriCoach and its mission to empower women with evidence-based tools to restore pelvic health, rebuild confidence, and live life without limits. She is a recognized leader in the MedTech space, honored with multiple national awards for innovation and impact.

When she’s not pushing boundaries in MedTech, Chelsea enjoys travel, waterskiing, and speedway racing.

MEET TARA, MSPT

Tara is a licensed Physical Therapist with over 25 years of experience and a passion for delivering care that’s personal, evidence-based, and deeply human. A graduate of Arcadia University, she holds both a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor's degree in Biology.

Tara’s clinical experience spans pediatrics, pelvic health, and wellness, but what has always set her apart is her commitment to listening, educating, and empowering others. She believes that great care starts with connection, and that the best outcomes happen when clinicians truly meet patients where they are.

Now, as an Account Manager at PeriCoach, Tara brings her clinical lens and compassionate style to every clinic, hospital, and VA medical center she supports. Whether she’s performing an in-service, walking a clinical owner through a new workflow, or helping a patient build confidence in their pelvic health, she’s a trusted partner grounded in real-world experience.

Outside of work, Tara enjoys running, crabbing along the coast, and cheering on her kids as they chase their athletic dreams.
